I believe that in order to succeed in any business a
person must be honest, and treat people the way that they would want to be treated. I am a real person that most people find they can easily relate to. Below are some of the accomplishments that I am most proud of.
My recent engagement to the lovely and talented Ms. Catrina Loyd, who I have been immensely thankful for everyday since we first met. We intend to be married the first weekend of September!
Twelve years with the Missouri Army National Guard, where I hold the rank of Sergeant and along with the rest of the 1221st Transportation Company completed convoys throughout Iraq and Kuwait during Operation Iraqi Freedom I and OIF II. While serving in the states, I filled the position of Unit Public Affairs Representative. (I was one of the guys parking cars at the fair, or marching at the beginning of the parade.)
The highest honor for me, during my time in uniform, was with the Military Funeral Honors Program, where I effectively served as Team Leader for six years, and provided professional and respectful funeral ceremonies for the families of nearly 1000 Southeast Missouri veterans.
I graduated from Dexter High School in 1994, and then attended TRCC where I studied speech and communications. I have worked in some of the local factories, and worked with several of the radio stations in the area. Most would agree that I am a people person and I would be most appreciative for the opportunity to help you buy or sell your home, commercial property, or acreage.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
I have been licensed in the real estate field for over 12 years. I worked exclusively as a buyer’s agent for the first few years and eventually as my first time buyers wanted to move up or relocate, I began to list homes, as all buyers become sellers at some point. I worked most of those years with buyers, sellers and investment clients. I also worked as a loan officer and helped refinance clients into better mortgages. I even helped one young couple save their home and stay out of bankruptcy before moving here to Dexter.
I made my home in Dexter some four years ago with my husband Tom, who was born here and has family in the area. I come from a large family, having seven siblings and still have Mom and Dad.
I am a member of the Stoddard County Board of Realty and Multiple Listing Service, the Missouri Association of Realtors as well as the National Association of Realtors. These associations enable me to not only customize a search for homes throughout the Stoddard County area with access to the surrounding areas, but keep me updated to the latest trends in the real estate market. I have received many awards for sales performance.
